PROJECT OVERVIEW
As a UI/UX designer at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), I was responsible for enhancing the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design of the talent management and development portal within Ultimatix. This portal serves as a critical tool used by over 400,000 employees daily to support their career growth, skill development, and goal achievement.
PROJECT OBJECTIVES
Improve the overall usability and accessibility of the talent development portal to enhance user satisfaction and engagement.
Re-Design an intuitive and responsive interfaces that streamline employee interactions and navigation within the portal.
